College Financial and Scholarship Agencies Registration Fee

FOR YOUR INFORMATION

Each paid registered financial or scholarship agency will be assigned a six-foot table for displaying product and information.  All material used in the fair must be appropriate for college financial aid and college entrance.  Materials or products used for display may not infringe or obstruct the view of other exhibitors.  Booths may not be sublet or assigned to other exhibitors other than the registrant.  As a representative of your company, you will be responsible for your set up and break down.  For your convenience, you will have access to wireless internet connection.

REGISTRATION FEE

Registration Fee is $250.  Full payment of the registration fees must accompany this form and must be received by 10/10/09.  Fees are payable to: 100 Black Men of Chicago, Inc. 

In order to cancel your registration, a written cancellation notification must be submitted and received by 10/20/08.   All refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee.   No refunds will be given after 10/20/08 or for no shows.
