- After School
Programs - Weekly mentoring sessions with young students at several schools throughout Chicago land area. The programs are centered on building self-esteem to improve the academic performance..
Saturday Mentoring Programs
- Building self-esteem to improve the academic performance in all participants. The mentoring program focuses on job preparedness through sequential concepts, which include self-awareness, exploration, and preparation. Mentees take an active role in leadership, individuality, and personal expression.
Education Programs
College Entrance Exam Seminars - In collaboration with Kaplan, we provide ACT & SAT practice test and teach back sessions to help students improve their standardized test scores.
Heritage Bowl - The Heritage Bowl is the intellectual property of 100 Black Men of Chicago, Inc. and is essentially an educational and scholarship program designed to enhance the study of African-American history.

- College Scholarship Fair - Each year, we host an interactive college fair where students meet with over 150 colleges and universities around the nation ranging from HBCU to Ivy Leagues which they can explore college choices, explore new career interest as well as network with other key educational organizations about scholarship opportunities.
- College Rap Session - College Rap Session is a chat forum where high school students chat with college administrators and students from Northwestern University, University of Chicago, University of Illinois at Chicago, and DePaul University about Admission, Financial Aid/Scholarships, and College Life.

Economic
Development
Smart Money -
100 Black Men of Chicago along with WalMart have made a commitment to work together to provide quality financial education to help community members enhance their money management skills and create positive banking relationships. The goal of the Money Smart Program is to promote financial education, asset building, and financial self-sufficiency for low and moderate- income communities. The program targets individuals with little or no banking experience and/or those outside the financial mainstream.
